Speed Work Accomplished

After being ICED out on Tuesday evening Lisa and I met at Claggett Track on Wednesday afternoon. The track was snow covered but not slippery. It was a great workout! Nashville Marathon, here we come....

Glad to hear you were able to get your speed work in. I get out of work early on Fridays and am going to get some miles in this afternoon before picking up my son. I've made some significant progress on the logo this week. Lots of different variations on a few themes. I hope to have a lot of ideas to one of the next meetings. Let me know if you want to see anything sooner. Have a good weekend!
