Last REALLY long run before Nashville. This was my third longest run ever. Sharon and Nancy joined Lisa and I for the first 11 miles, which was very nice as the conversations made the run fly by! Lisa and I then ran 10 miles. The whole run was ran at a pace of 10:30.
