NEXT UP. . . INLAND TRAIL 1/2

Ladd and I are doing the 1/2 this Sunday at the Inland Trail in Elyria. We have been told that it is a nice flat course. I am going to yet again go for under 1:50. I know that without the final hill at Stomp the grapes I would have been able to do it, so if things go well I should be able to accomplish it this weekend. Kyle is going with us and running the 5k.

Hi Ladd and Marsha. I found your blog through Dan Horvath's. Heather, Bailey, and I will be at Inland Trail also. It's a VERY flat (boring) course, but good for PR's. Looks like good weather! I look forward to catching up on your previous entries.
